  • This mattress is used for ship,the mattress meets the requirements of MED B& D standard for ships.
  • Normally it’s length and width can be custom.And the thickness standarly has three different options.One is 150mm,which is mostly choose,then is 250mm,and last one is 50mm.
  • Top cover with zipper : : 220GSM knitted fabric(only fabric layer with zipper).
    Filling:
    2cm memory foam+5cm convoluted foam+8cm High rebound Designated sponge for ships.
    Bottom cover: the same as the top cover.
  • Color is white,others color is fine.

    3.Bottom cover: the same as the top cover.

  • Out mattress can use spring mattress, or sponge mattress;
  • Cover zone for mattress is fire retardant fabric, fire-resistant sponge and non-woven fabric;
  • Interior zone is fire re-resistant polyurethane foam felt x 2ea;
  • Package for mattress is PVC bag + Kraft paper;
  • Weight for one mattress is 5~22KG, according to the thickness;
  • For the  mattress, we can offer DNV certification according to your vessel name or project name.
