1.SANYON marine mattress spring are durable, breathable, and impact-resistant .At the same time, its softness and hardness and support for the human body are suitable. It will help you to sleep deeper and more steadily even on rough seas.
2.Bonnell spring or pocket spring can be choosed. Usually bonnell spring for flat package, pocket spring for rolled package.
3.The thickness of a spring mattress usually is 120~250mm, and the weight is 12~20KG.
4.There are five or six turns of springs, and you can choose.The rotation methods of mattresses of different thicknesses are different. Like a 150mm thick mattress, we will use 2.4mm hard steel wire for 5 rotations; for a 180mm thick mattress, we will use 6 rotations.
5.Our marine mattresses spring use 100% fire retardant polyester in the cover area, which is very fireproof.
6.Importantly, we provide customized services, because some cabins have unique requirements for sleeping areas, and the boat bed needs to fit into a small area, and there are restrictions on size, shape and thickness, so we provide customers with customized mattress services.
7.Our mattresses meet standards, have IMO/MED certification, and can provide you with DNV certificates.
8.Finally, regarding the mattress packaging method, we have two methods for you to choose from: flat and rolled.

Spring Mattress is composed of:
- Cover material: 0.65mm thick, flame-retardant treated, full-polyester fabric, surface density 394 g/m2;
- Sponge: 9mm thickness, made of polyurethane, density 36(5%)kg/m3
- Non-woved fabric: 0.3mm thick, made of polyurethane, surface density 20 g/m3
- Thermal blanket: 4mm thick, flame-retardant treated, full-polyester fabric, surface density 400 g/m3
- Pocket spring inner core: 70~204mm in height
Total mattress thickness: approximately 120~250mm.
What the different of bonnell springs and pocket springs?
Bonnell Springs:
Bonnell springs is hourglass-shaped coils interconnected with wire,it’s the oldest and most common type of mattress spring.Bonnell springs tend to transfer motion more easily across the bed.The price generally is less expensive than pocket Springs.
Pocket Springs:
Pocket springs is individual springs, each encased in a fabric pocket.The springs move is independently, can providing more targeted support.It’s at isolating motion,reducing other springs disturbance.Pocket Springs often considered more comfortable and supportive than bonnell springs.And generally more expensive due to their construction.
Key differences:
Pocket springs can offer more personalized support than bonnell.
At motion isolation,pocket springs are superior in reducing motion transfer.
Usually pocket springs typically last longer.
About cost,Bonnell springs are usually less expensive.
