1.First, We use premium “marine-grade” plywood as the foundation for the marine writing desk, topped with a surface finish made from Chinese-brand laminate. All panels are 18mm thick, and we can accommodate requests for different thicknesses as needed.
2.As a factory, we offer various material options. In addition to “marine-grade” plywood, we can also produce standard plywood, which is a more cost-effective alternative. For the laminate, we provide options from the Formica brand; however, please note that Formica does not come with certification.
3.Then,The edge finish of this table utilizes PVC banding that matches the color of the laminate surface, ensuring a cohesive and polished appearance.
4.We also offer alternative options for edge banding, including solid banding and aluminum edge banding finishes. However, since PVC banding is the most cost-effective option, it is the preferred choice for most customers.
