The flag locker is professional for storage singal flags.It will be fix on chartable of wheelhouse.According the different designs will be have different compartments quantity for each locker.But the standard one is 40 compartments for each lockers.

The signal flag is a flag used for communication between ships and ships, and between ships and shores. A total of 40: 26 letter flags representing letters, 10 number flags representing numbers 0 to 9, 3 generation flags instead of letter flags or number flags, and 1 answer flag. On the ship or on the signal station, the signal flags are stored in the dedicated flag cabinets on the bridge and workroom in order
