1.Using T1.5 and T2.0 aluminum material for the bunk bed,in powder coating finish.

2.The dimension is customized according client’s request.This one aluminum bunk bed is W1900*D1000*H1570mm.

3.There is double drawer and one empty space in bed bottom.And ladder.

How to install the SYB-024 aluminum bed?

Normally,we divides the bed to three parts for delivery.It is so easy to install it when shipper get it.

1.Part one is the bed bottom

2.Next is four column

3.Finally is bed top frame

1.First,we put the bed bottom.

2.Next,installing the four column with screw

Each column is hole fixed to bed frame hole

3.Then,we put the bed top frame on the column

Fixed the top frame with screw to the column

4.And then,we need to install the ladder

The ladder is fixed on frame top and low

5.Finally we need to put the bed panel and the guard

The bed panel is including top and low one
